General Regulations – 2014 Navigator Promotion:1- Sponsor: The 2014 Navigator Promotion is sponsored by the Navigator Paper brand, property of Portucel Soporcel. All Portucel Soporcel employees, their families or any person connected with this promotion in any way are excluded of participating.
2- Eligibility: The promotion is open to all legal residents of the countries listed on the end of these regulations; The promotion will begin at 12:00 A.M. (GMT) on the 1st of July 2014 and will end at 11:59 P.M. (GMT) on the 31st of December 2014.

4- Free Codes: To take part in the 2014 Navigator Promotion you do not need to purchase any Navigator product. On the promotion website, available at Linkleri görmeye yetkiniz yok.

5- Prizes: Navigator will give away 500 Apple iPad mini 16GB with Wi-Fi - non-optional colour (black or white). Prizes will be awarded randomly to 500 different participants throughout the promotional period. Prize winners will be sent an email by the organization. Email date and time registered by the game server will be considered official. Email receipt date and time will not be considered valid.
6- Prize algorithm: Prizes will be awarded to the participants that are assigned a winning moment. A moment is an index of promotion participation that increases after each successful participation. Winning moments will be generated on a daily basis considering the amount of games played throughout the promotion.
7- Prize Validation and Delivery: Winners who entered a ream code to take part in the competition will be allowed a 15 day period to send the original package containing the winning code, together with a printed copy of the confirmation email and a photocopy of any form of identification document to the address stated below.

It is the participants sole responsibility to deliver the documents to the address above. Documents need to be sent by ordinary or registered (recommended) mail. Please do not send them through a shipping company (e.g. DHL, Chronopost, UPS or similar) since this address belongs to a P.O. Box.
Prizes will be reserved for each winner during a 15 day period that will start on the date of the e-mail confirmation. Should the documents listed above are not received during the 15 day period, the corresponding prize will be forfeited, and it will become available to other participant.
Prizes will be sent to the residents in one of the eligible countries of this promotion without any additional shipping costs. Prizes will be delivered only once, through an international shipping service (DHL, Chronopost, UPS or similar).
The promoter assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by the lack of prize availability by the manufacturer, therefore should the recipient not receive the prize, the promoter will not attempt a 2nd delivery.
8- Invalid Participations: Incomplete, invalid or incorrect participations will not be accepted by any means. Participants will only be considered valid winners if they present an e-mail with the prize confirmation within the valid date and time of the game. Email date and time registered by the game server will be considered official. Email receipt date and time will not be considered valid.
Any break on the procedures listed here will result in disqualification of the participant and their prize will be forfeited.
9- Data Protection: Personal data collected during this promotion is limited to the minimum needed to enter the promotion and in any case it will be available to third parties. Portucel Soporcel agrees to protect the participants' personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access, as required by the 67/98 Portuguese Act of October 26, Article 14. Portucel Soporcel warrants you, under the 67/98 Portuguese Act of October 26, Article 11, the possibility to access, update or remove your personal data at any time.
10- Disclaimer: Portucel Soporcel hereby disclaims any liability and shall not be held liable for any damages including, without limitation, system failure, website accessibility, prize shipping delays or any other adverse effects of any kind, especially those derived from third parties involved in the promotion. However, Portucel Soporcel will do everything to minimize any eventual problems that may arise.
The promoter reserves the right to exclude from the competition any participant that does not honor its spirit. Portucel Soporcel reserves the right to give away prizes of equal value other than those specified herein, if forced to do so due to circumstances beyond its control. By entering the promotion all participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these regulations. Any additional information provided during the promotion will be considered as part of these rules.
